"For me it all centres around health, simultaneously focussing on our own health -physical, mental, emotional, social, a healthy community and a maintaining a healthy eco-system.
In Permaculture design we use a concept called 'Zones' where areas that need intensive work or attention are kept close to us -for maximum efficiency, Zone 0 being inside the house, out to zone 5 being the wild life zone furthest away or least accessible. Zone 00 is sometimes considered to be the human being -the designer! It is inside the head and the heart where the decisions are being made. So this weekend is about giving ourselves time and tools to intentionally focus out to the world starting from zone 00, from a place of awareness, creativity, resilience, and clarity."
